Meet The Team

Hi, I’m Marissa, a parent at the school and the current President of the P&C. I’m a mum of three and a local small business owner, and I care deeply about building a supportive and connected school community for our families.

I stepped into the P&C role because I believe parents and schools work best when we communicate openly and collaborate to support our children. I’m passionate about helping create opportunities for parents to feel involved, heard and connected to what is happening within the school.

I’m also particularly passionate about inclusion and ensuring all students and families feel supported and understood within the school environment. Through my role as President, I hope to help strengthen communication, support positive initiatives, and work alongside the school community to create the best possible environment for our children to learn and grow.

VICE PRESIDENT

Hi everyone, my name is Laura Banham and I’m the Vice President of the P&C. I have two children at the school and work part-time. I really enjoy being involved in the school community and helping support opportunities for our kids. Outside of school life, I enjoy getting out in the 4WD, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

I’m really looking forward to working together with everyone and supporting the school in any way I can. Please feel free to come and talk to me anytime if you have ideas, questions, or just want to connect.

SECRETARY

Kimberley is a proud mum to a Pre-Primary student at the school and works full time in Human Resources. She enjoys the gym, runs on coffee and the occasional Red Bull, and spends her spare time exploring local parks and cafés with her family.

As P&C Secretary, Kimberley is committed to supporting initiatives that help the P&C run smoothly while creating opportunities that benefit students and the school community.

TREASURER

Hi, I'm Lisa! I'm thrilled to be stepping into the role of P&C Treasurer for 2026. As a professional Bookkeeper and Registered BAS Agent, and owner of Bright Books & BAS, I bring a wealth of financial expertise to the role — so you can rest assured the numbers are in good hands!

I'm a proud mum to five kids, including my daughter who is currently in Pre-Primary and my youngest who can't wait to start Kindy next year. With kids in and around the school, this community means a lot to our family and I'm passionate about giving back to it.

When I'm not crunching numbers or cheering on the kids, you'll find me outdoors — camping, fishing, and hitting the tracks in the 4WD. I love the adventure and making memories with the family. I'm looking forward to working with such a wonderful school community and contributing to making it an even better place for all our kids.

Hey everyone, Im Geoff; a solo dad to one daughter at the school. I work as an IT systems engineer and handle the tech stuff for the P&C.

I love a good joke and try not to take life too seriously. I love the beach, video games and to get out on my roller blades from time to time.

My name is Lauren and I’m a mum of two, both of whom attend BGPS - one in year 3 and the other in year 1. We’ve been at the school since my oldest started kindy, and I’ve been on the P&C since 2023. Outside of mum life I enjoy being out in nature, going to the gym, and DJing (I’ve played at the last two school discos).

Hi everyone, my name is Annie Shahzad. I have three children, and two of them are currently attending Baldivis Gardens Primary School. We’re new to the school this year, having recently moved from Mandurah to Baldivis. I’ve just joined the P&C for 2026 and I’m really looking forward to getting involved, supporting the school community and helping wherever I can.

Hi, my name is Stacey and I have joined the P&C as an Executive Member for 2026. I’m a mum of two girls who attend Baldivis Gardens, we have been at the school since my eldest started Kindy in 2021. I currently work part time in the community aged care sector.

I am looking forward to getting involved and helping support the school community. Outside of school my interests include spending time with family & friends.
